A: No, all of our units are equipped with a built-in safety step for
easy entrance and exit into the jumper.

How much do you charge for set up and delivery?

BD JUMP does not charge for delivery. We offer free set up and
delivery.

Does BD JUMP require a deposit to reserve a jumper?
A: No, we do not require a deposit to reserve a unit.

What method of
payment does BD JUMP accept?
A: We accept, we accept both cash and money order.

How long does it
take to set up an inflatable jumper?
A: It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to set up and inflate.

Once the jumper
is inflated, can the blower be turned off?
A: No, The blower must stay on the entire time or the jumper will
deflate.

What type of
surface can the jumper be placed on?
A: Grass, concrete or asphalt only.

at a park?

will need to check with the park to make sure they allow JUMPERS, etc.
in the park. You (not BD Jump) are responsible for any permits or fees
